Why is your build price higher than some competitors?
Some providers offer low build prices but charge separately for content updates, business email, and meaningful support — often adding £50–£70/month in extras on top of a mandatory care plan. Our hosting includes content updates, business email, daily backups, and security monitoring on every tier. What do I need to provide to get started?
You'll need to provide your business description, website examples you like, logo and brand assets, content for pages (text and images), any specific functionality requirements, and your domain name (or we can help you choose one).
How long does it take to complete a website?
Brochure sites typically take 7 days, while Business and Online Store sites can take 14-21 days. Need it faster? Let us know and we can discuss express delivery options.
What if I need changes after the website is delivered?
Each package includes a set number of revision rounds. Additional revisions can be purchased if needed. We also offer ongoing maintenance through our hosting plans.

Do I need to choose the technology?
No — you choose the scope (how many pages and what features you need), and we choose the best technology for the job. Whether that's a fast static site or a WordPress build with an admin panel, we'll recommend what works best for your needs.
Will my website be mobile-friendly?
Yes! All websites are fully responsive and tested across multiple devices and browsers to ensure they look great everywhere. Mobile optimization is a standard feature in all packages.

Do you include SEO optimization?
Yes, all packages include SEO setup including proper heading structure, meta tags, and sitemap. Business and Online Store packages include more comprehensive SEO optimization.

Is hosting included?
Yes — every website package includes managed hosting on AWS. Brochure sites include Starter hosting (£20/mo), Business sites include Professional hosting (£30/mo), and Online Stores default to Online Shop hosting (£45/mo) — small content updates are included from us (photo swaps, prices, the odd new product), and you can also manage things yourself via the admin panel. Business Growth (£75/mo) is available as an upgrade if you want active monthly improvement: managed firewall protection, higher update allowance, monthly performance reporting, and feature tweaks.
