Pricing & Payment
How does paying work?
There's one plan: £50 a month for the build and the hosting. Your first payment is taken at checkout, there's no deposit and no setup fee, and updates and support are included. The plan runs for a minimum of 24 payments; make all 24 and the website is yours, and ongoing care becomes optional at £20/month.
Why is your build price higher than some competitors?
Some providers advertise a low build price then charge separately for content updates, business email and meaningful support — often £50–£70/month in extras on top of a mandatory care plan. The £50/month plan includes all of it. We've broken down what that looks like in practice in What's really included in your website quote.
Process & Timelines
What do I need to provide to get started?
You'll need to provide your business description, website examples you like, logo and brand assets, content for pages (text and images), any specific functionality requirements, and your domain name (or we can help you choose one).
How long does it take to complete a website?
Most sites are live in about a week once we have your content. Bigger builds — shops, booking systems, members areas — are quoted with their own timeline.
What if I need changes after the website is delivered?
Small changes are included in your monthly plan. Email them over and they're done within 48 hours — usually within a few hours. Bigger pieces of work, like whole new pages or a redesign, are quoted separately.

Do I need to choose the technology?
No — you choose the scope (how many pages and what features you need), and we choose the best technology for the job. Either way, on suitable builds we can include a simple admin panel for the sections we agree up front, and your public site still stays fast: you edit the approved content while the layout, branding and mobile design stay protected.
Will my website be mobile-friendly?
Yes! All websites are fully responsive and tested across multiple devices and browsers to ensure they look great everywhere. Mobile optimisation is standard on every build.
SEO & Performance
Do you include SEO optimization?
Yes — every build includes SEO setup: proper heading structure, meta tags, a sitemap, and registration with Google from launch.
Hosting, Domains & Aftercare
Is hosting included?
Yes — Starter hosting on AWS is included in the £50/month plan: daily backups, SSL, security monitoring, business email, and small content updates. On suitable builds you can also manage the sections we agree yourself via the admin panel. If you want active monthly improvement — a higher update allowance, managed firewall, monthly performance reporting and feature tweaks — Business Growth (£75/mo) is the single upgrade.
